Meet our teachers

Nina

Nina is a movement teacher with a decade of experience across Pilates and Yoga. Her style is creative and flowing, with classes often igniting both body and mind.

With an educational background in Psychology alongside her teaching experience, Nina brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to class.

She’s committed to reshaping the narrative we hold about our bodies toward one of understanding, trust, curiosity, and playfulness.

Having navigated non-specific back pain, mental health challenges, and the body image pressures many of us grew up with, Nina is driven to share the tools that helped her feel more at home in her body, and support others in doing the same.

She brings a calm, warm energy to the studio, creating opportunities to slow down and tune in while still doing the work. Expect purposeful movement and creative sequences, with plenty time to build strength and awareness.

Find Nina on the schedule most days, teaching Reformer, Strength, Mat, and Yoga.

Hannah

Hannah is a Physiotherapist with a deep respect for the incredible changes a body moves through in life. She brings a practical, deeply informed approach to movement—shaped by her clinical experience and her life as a mum and a runner.

Practising since 2010, Hannah brings 15 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehab, women’s health, and strength-based movement. She began teaching Pilates and dynamic flow classes in the UK in 2014, and has since developed an approach that blends strength, mobility, Pilates, and clinical insight. She’s passionate about helping people connect to movement in ways that feel both impactful and sustainable.

Hannah is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and especially passionate about supporting postpartum recovery. Her favourite moments in the studio are watching women return to movement after birth feeling confident, strong, and like themselves again.

She’s also an avid runner, and knows firsthand the many layers of benefit movement can bring.

Find Hannah on the schedule teaching Postnatal Reformer, Reformer for Runners, and a Mat Pilates class with a slower, more spacious feel.

Keely

Keely is our resident cover-girl based in Melbourne. At just 20, she’s already had invaluble experience teaching at some of the city’s most respected studios. A Health Sciences student, Keely brings a genuine passion for movement and helping others to feel stronger and more capable in their bodies. You can expect strong, energising movement with a focus on flow, form, and layered sequencing.

Alex

Alex is a Pilates teacher, qualified Nutritionist, and Primary School Teacher with a gentle energy and a knack for creating supportive yet effective mat classes.

She first discovered Pilates nearly a decade ago and was drawn to the way it strengthened her body while calming her mind. That connection deepened after becoming a mum, when movement became a path back to feeling like herself again.

Alex has since completed further pre- and postnatal training, and brings both personal experience and evidence-based practices to her classes. Her classes are a space for you to reconnect to your strength and move gently and intentionally alongside others in the same season.

Find Alex on the schedule teaching a Mums & Bubs Mat Class on Tuesday mornings at 10:45am.

Mahni

Mahni is a qualified Personal Trainer and newly certified Reformer teacher who brings warmth, curiosity, and lived experience to her teaching.

After years of competitive sport and high-intensity training, she discovered Pilates during a season of burnout. It completely shifted the way she related to movement. For the first time, exercise became something that supported her rather than depleted her. It helped her feel grounded, strong, and connected, without competition - just space to tune in and move for herself.

Her teaching style is down to earth, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that supportive movement should feel good, not like a punish.

Mahni will complete her final teaching observations at Shop (and fully recover from a recent netball injury!) before gradually joining our regular schedule.

Ready to move with us? We’d love to see you for a class soon.
